Its advanced filter wizard provides a simple graphical interface. Users click a button to select each field in the query, and simple menus and drop down boxes let them choose their search parameters. A reviewer can save filters for reuse, and supervisors can create filters for groups of reviewers, to simplify training and minimize start-up time.

Listen to Calls: Encore Bravo
Once you find a call you want to review, simply click on the call or press the Encore Bravo button. Bravo lets you listen to any voice recording in the database, either singly or in a batch.

Mix Calls, or Play Sequentially: Encore Audio Mixer
Encore Audio Mixer plays calls in sequence and parallel calls merged together.

Librarian walks you through the process of making an archive or copy of the files you've selected, and gives you the option to copy Encore Explorer and Bravo to the media also. When you choose to copy the support applications to the media, you end up with a self-contained unit that includes voice files as well as the mechanism to browse and review them.
