New Small to Mid-size Customer Referral Program Rules
1. This program is open to anyone residing in Southern Ontario.
2. The referral form must be completed fully to qualify.
3. To be considered as eligible, the company being referenced must have between 10 to 300 telephones at the site being referred and that site must be situated in the following territories of the Southern Ontario: the GTA, York, Durham, Peel or Simcoe Regions and can not be the part of any of the following large institutions or an organization similar to any of the following: Federal or Provincial Govenments, Hospitals, Banks, multi-site Retail stores, multi-site Financial or Insurance companies or any company that might be considedred by High Tech as A large or Enterprise company.
4. Completion of the New Small to Mid-size Customer Referral Form shall constitute agreement by the referring person that High Tech may reveal the referring person's identity to the referred individual.
5. This program will commence on January 1, 2009 and terminate in March 31, 2010. High Tech Communications may extend the program at that time, at its sole discretion.
6. Multiple referrals to the same company only count once, even if the subsequent referrals are to different individuals within the company.
7. If two or referrals are for the same company, only the first referral to arrive shall qualify. High Tech will advise subsequent referral senders of a previously received referral for that company.
8. Referrals to companies where High Tech is already engaged in a sales process, shall not be eligible for this program. It shall be High Tech's sole discretion to identify such referrals and to inform the referring party of this ineligibility.
9. Referrals to existing High Tech customers shall not qualify for reward.
10. Referring individuals shall be notified by High Tech within 30 days of a qualifying meeting or purchase by the referred organization. High Tech may use e-mail or telephone to notify the referring person, at its sole discretion.
11 Rewards shall be awarded within 10 days of the qualifying meeting or purchase.
12. Rewards are not transferable.
13. High Tech will not share any information about either the referring part or the referred party with any third parties.
14. High Tech reserves the right to modify, or discontinue this program at any time.
