President: Duane Barton
Duane has been the President since 1989. With more than twenty years of hands-on experience in the telecom industry, working at every position possible, for various interconnect companies prior to acquiring High Tech, he has amassed a comprehensive knowledge of the technical aspects of the industry.
Through his leadership, High Tech has earned an impressive reputation of providing excellent service and technical expertise. Since its inception, High Tech has steadily grown its customer base into thousands of very satisfied customers.
V. P. Sales & Marketing: Paul O’Leary
Paul also brings more than twenty years of experience to High Tech. He has a diverse background in voice and data integration, professional services, and plays a key leadership role in driving High Tech’s growth. He has developed a knowledgeable team of consultants, dedicated to servicing the needs of companies requiring effective problem-solving skills.
Prior to High Tech, he was President of Telecommunication Equipment Corporation and prior to that, the General Manager of Mitel Corporation’s Direct Sales office in Toronto.
This diverse background facilitates his need to ensure that proposed customer solutions will enhance the way they do business and deliver a positive impact to their bottom line.
V. P. Operations: Victoria Wright
Victoria, with more than twenty years of experience in the telecom industry, brings a rare combination of technical, managerial and customer service expertise to High Tech.
As VP Operations, Victoria has combined her strong technical and customer service experience with her excellent organizational skills to ensure all customers receive ongoing superior service and support from High Tech’s technicians and customer service personnel.
Operations Manager: Stephen MacCarlie
Stephen has more than thirty years in the telecom industry. Starting as a Bell technician and then as a cable television specialist, Stephen advanced to the position of Regional Technical Manager for Shaw Communications.
In 2006, Stephen left his position as V.P. of Operations at a cabling company to become High Tech’s Operations Manager; responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day technical operations as well as customer service response and project completions.
Customer Accounts Manager: Greg O’Leary
Greg has more than a dozen years of experience in the telecom industry. His prime responsibility is the provision of exceptional customer support with an accrued wealth of product knowledge.
An extensive expertise in NEC and Nortel solutions; encompassing VoIP technologies, call center solutions, telephone and voice messaging solutions, as well as intercom and paging solutions is at the foundation of his ability to exceed his customers’ expectations.
